Check in process was smooth. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. A/c worked great and the hot water in the shower never ran out. Our floor was quiet. We didn't hear any noises throughout the night. The breakfast was small, not hot food but did have cereal, a waffle maker, yogurt, toast and muffins. Great price and would definitely recommend.

Easy check in with Debra. Courteous professional and helpful with info about the areal. A little issue with desk chair she quickly replaced the chair. My 2nd nite Ms Sunni also gave professional, courteous and helpful service by replacing the microwave the had a little connection issue . And check out with Sunni easy. Great location right off the hwy, several restaurants and Walmart in the immediate area. I didn't try the breakfast or the pool (looked inviting). I had a king very comfortable bed with a juccuzi deep soaking tub. That was awesome . If in the area would stay again

Great customer services. Full breakfast. My room has the Spa jet worked perfectly. I enjoyed every time here and around. The pool was closed, bc the heater problem. But they can open it if you want to swim in cold water. Amazing weekend full with enjoyed. Went to Dahlonega for the festival and Helen to watch a lot of Octoberfest customs. My weekend was great!

This hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The staff are very helpful and they have one of the best indoor pools I’ve seen.

I am not sure of the exact spelling of the front desk attendant’s name, but it is pronounced Sunny, and she truly lived up to it. As a flight attendant for a major U.S. carrier, I spend a significant part of my life in hotels. While I’ve had many pleasant stays, I can honestly say I have never encountered hospitality quite like this. From the moment I arrived, Sunny made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. During my stay, I realized I had forgotten my phone charger and mentioned that I would need to go out and purchase one. Without hesitation, Sunny immediately stepped in and asked me to wait for just a moment. She went to the back and returned with a charger that fit my phone perfectly. Not only did she save me money, but she also saved me from having to venture out into the cold. To her, it may have seemed like a small act of kindness—but to me, it meant so much. Acts like that are what turn a hotel stay into a memorable experience. Even the next morning, when I saw her before departing, she greeted me with the same warm smile and positive energy. Sunny could easily teach a class—not just on customer service, but on true hospitality. Thank you so much for your kindness and exceptional care. I truly appreciated it and look forward to seeing you again next year.

Awesome service and stay very clean. Pools had trouble with heating but other than that great stay.

The staff were phenomenal, especially Debra and Sunny, loved their personalities. The room did smell a little musty when I entered but the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I loved that there was Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body available. The breakfast was basic, but I was glad that they had cream cheese, just wish it had been bagels instead of bread. Eggs would have been a great option. The pool room was hot, but the water was cold and refreshing. I liked the size of the TV and that the room cooled very quickly. The shower pressure was nice, and I loved the rounded-out shower curtain pole so that I was not touching the shower curtain while showering. I had trouble with toilet flushing at first but then it worked itself out. It was quiet and I'm so glad that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. All in all, it was a great stay!
